Delivery arrangements must be confirmed before shipment. Applicable delivery charges are included in the final invoice and must be paid before the vehicle is released for transport.
Delivery Pricing
- First 1,000 miles — free delivery.
- Over 1,000 miles — $0.70 per mile.
- Mileage is calculated between the pickup location and delivery destination.
- Delivery charges beyond the first 1,000 miles are included in the final invoice.

- Estimated delivery times vary by distance, vehicle type, carrier availability, weather, and logistics.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Condition Upon Delivery
- Vehicles and assets are transported in the condition disclosed at the time of sale.
- Buyers are responsible for inspecting the asset upon delivery.
- Visible transport-related damage should be noted on the delivery receipt.
- Issues should be reported within the applicable Inspection Period.
- Failure to document issues at delivery may limit claims related to transport damage.

Some delays are outside normal control.
High Peak Vehicles Auction LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, government actions, regulatory actions, carrier availability, road conditions, or other logistical exceptions.
Delivery dates are estimates. Final scheduling depends on vehicle release status,
payment confirmation, document completion, pickup location, and transport availability.
